Hi ALL

I use BT Internet, does anyone know how I can set up a email signature with my logo etc... so I can have a decent looking email to return to my clients.

I know you can go into options and save stuff but I cant seem to add images etc... Anyone have any tips on how I can go about doing this.

Kind regards

Dominic

Use a mail client like Eudora or similar and set it up as imap with the following settings:

Incoming
Server = imap.mail.yahoo.com
Type = IMAP
Username = xxxx@yahoo.com or xxxx@btinternet.com
Password = your password
Security = SSL
Port = 993

Outgoing
Server = smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Type = SMTP
Username = xxxx@yahoo.com or xxxx@btinternet.com
Password = your password
Security = SSL
Port = 465

Then create the signature as described here for Eudora: http://www.ehow.com/how_5929226_add-file-email-signature-eudora.html

Umm.. Not sure why the other poster suggested yahoo. Is your mail on yahoo? If not, who is your provider and how do you send email (via a web interface, mail client - if so, which one?)

If it's BT Yahoo then the above works, and replace Eudora with your email client, most support the img tag. And I made the assumption the OP was using webmail, ie logging into bt.yahoo.com.

There's probably a way of changing it so the OP doesn't need to install a separate mail client just to add an image to their signature...
