Having a teensy problem with accessing email via my iPhone.
Recently purchased a new domain along with hosting. Set up an email address, as you do, which is fine in Outlook but, when I go to access the emails on the phone, it says "Cannot Get ail - The connection to the server failed". I've definitely set it up correctly, it came up as "Verified" and I've double checked the server and other details a few times. I've even tried it on 2 different iPhones with the same results.
I've raised a ticket with 123-reg support but I'm having a frustrating time with that. After asking me for details I already supplied in the original contact, they then came back and directed me to the page that tells you how to set up email on your iPhone! :bang:
So, anybody had this issue? Any ideas?
