Subscribed yesterday here.

I am a newbie to D-SLR photography having moved from a standard Point + shoot Canon Ixus.

Theres a hell of a lot to learn for me yet.

I have a Canon EOS 300D, 17-85 IS USM and 75-300 IS USM lenses.

Nice and cheap and cheerful for the learning then I will purchase something better in the future once I have got to grips with the features on this one.

I am so much of a noob that I dont even know how to post pics on here. Please can someone tell me how that is done. I dont have a website at the moment but I have been told FLICKR is pretty decent for hosting.

Don't mind the costs for quality. Its when it turns out to be poor merchandise that worries me.

At the moment though, anything I buy is above me so I am learning with what I have before blowing the hard earned cash.
