A neighbour has asked me to edit the file of a shot of a group of people so that she can frame a print of it. The problem is that she wants to use a frame with an elliptical cutout overlay, within which all the group itself just fits and I'm having a brainfart. How do I make an ellipitical selection in CS5 such that both axes are of the required length?
