Elements Organiser file import

I am hoping that there is a simple answer to this. I have downloaded a trial version of Elements 10. I have been trying to get Elements to import the photo folders on my hard drive library although this does not seem to be working. I have set up "Watch Folders" as recommended.

What am I doing wrong?

Press control-shift-G, browse to the folder you want, click on it, (dont go "in" it), click get photos.
Repeat.
If all your folders are below one parent folder, click on that parent folder instead.

Any good?

Thanks for reply.....I did eventually manage to resolve this issue by going on Adobe forum direct ( after wasting a good few hours trying to work it out for myself!)
