Elements Brush probs help plz.

Hi folks got a wee prob and would appreciate some help. Have got elements 7 when I try to use my brush or clone tool it is only showing crosshairs. How do I get the circle showing brush size

You've got the caps lock on.

Caps lock toggles cross hairs on and off
