elements 7

can anyone help me , i am unable to use correct camera distortion on elements 7 when i go to filters then correct camera distortion is is not highlighted like it should be so when i try to click onto it -it will not open up
any ideas ?? am i doing something wrong ??:bang::bang::bang:

Ive just had a look, make sure you have selected an image layer on your layers panel and not an adjustment layer otherwise, yes its greyed out on mine too.
