Elements 7 to Elements 9

hi everyone just a quick pick at your brains, ive just installed elements 9 and want to move silver fx pro from version 7 into version 9 ive been looking for the filter plugin files but unable to find

Here's the file path for W7 64bit. Ignore the (86x) if 32 bit.

C: > Program Files (86) > Adobe > Photoshop Elements 9 blue icon (not folder) > Plugins blue icon (not folder) > Filters and it goes in there.
