Elements 7 and 50D Raw images

A quick question guys. Is it possible to get PSE7 to process Raw image files from my Canon 50D. I have used Canons dpp software for Raw processing but would like to try Adobe camera raw. I was able to open Raw files from my old 30D in Elements but not the 50D.
Any help would be appreciated

think you may need to update camera raw

I had this exact same problem just the other day.. you need to download the version of acr thats listed for your 50d (version 5.0 or 5.1 if i remember correctly) you need to follow the installation instructions to the letter though or it wont work. (Looks like a ballache but only takes 2 mins).
