Sorry im not sure what this effect/style is called,How do you get this kind of effect?? i have cs5 would love to give it a go!!

It looks like slightly stylised cross processing/split toning to me. Plenty of tutorials for cross processing on the web and tbh that looks like all of it.

Unless you mean the model repeated through the shots, in which case that's multiplicity which takes a little bit more work but is still pretty easy if you know what you're doing
