Editing lanscapes?

Can anyone point me in a direction please?

I cant edit them at all

(Photoshop CS3)
 
It isnt really anything that im doing wrong, mainly because I havent really gone into detail of an attempt, Mainly because I dont know what Tools to use etc.
 
OK the reason I ask is because Photoshop has as many ways to do something as you can imagine and then some. I mean the usual stuff one does on any shot depends on if you are using the raw convertor or not. As you can make a huge amount of difference to a Raw file straight out of the camera by using the white Balance adjuster, saturation and so on.

In photoshop its a question of what you want to do. Have you any photos in which you can give us an example and I can suggest a few tweaks that might get you started to improve any shot. Although every shot might need a little something extra.

Thanks ste, if that is your name haha, well what I will do is post some on a new post one day in the next few days, bit busy tonight and tomoz im doing a party for my sister, :lol:
 
No worries mate but trying to help someone isn't as straightforward as it might seem as Photoshop has a lot of ways to help, but its helpful to pin down what you want to do first, or some of your work and then to try and get them to be what you want them to be.

There is also many many great tutorials out there have you seen Gavin Hoey's site He has a load of really great stuff.

Anyway yeah post up when you can and I'd be happy to offer whatever I can by way of help. I wouldn't consider myself an expert but I know my way around Photoshop pretty well.
