editing for TV

Hi all,

I was just about to start making a TV slide show of photos and was wondering if it was best just to leave them at native res or to resize them for 1080p and sharpen?

Is there a best size for viewing on TV?

We usually leave them at native size, but it might depend on what software your using for the slide show.
