Why not just look at thier feedback. Surely thats a pretty good way of seeing how good or bad they are.
Teagan said:I bought from an ebay shop which had very positive feedback. When I received the item it was a badly repaired piece of dung instead of the brand new item I had paid for. I promptly sent it back and got a refund which I was glad to get.
So personally for me positive feedback means nothing when shopping on ebay. I will only buy low cost items on ebay now as a result.
Gerard.
Well they have 100% positive feedback, BUT they are a Hong Kong company.
They could be grey imports although they do say all import/duty is pre paid.

I got my over 1000 transaction 100% record ruined by some dick who claimed one size fits all foam earplugs didn't fit him. No attempt at contacting me, just a straight neg.
There is an exception to every rule, but generally good feedback is hard earned. Most people on eBay are idiots and leave a neg unless everything is 100% ok.

Anyway, even if the item isn't what you thought, PayPal will refund you regardless. You can't loose on eBay as a buyer.
