If that's a studio kit then the English language has evolved (or degraded) more than I thought.

They should be prosecuted under the Trades Description Act:(
 
You might want to look at this, looks the same and costs less.

I have one (after having it advised to me by a member here) but am seeking advice on the best setup for it.
 
No probs and even better than the price I got mine at!
