Sorry if this is old news to you folks, but it came as a shock to me today.
Whenever you sell anything on ebay you must always get proof of delivery when posting to qualify for any sort of recompense if it all goes wrong. A fairly commonsense approach you may think. But did you know that if someone pays for something via Pay Pal then comes to collect the item, they can then reverse the payment and claim they never collected it! even if you have a signature as proof of collection? Because of course they then claim thats not their signature and Pay pal just gives them the payment back.:bonk:
Luckily for me this lesson only cost me 27 quid, but it's the freakin principle of the thing.
