Can I ask you check this thread:

and avoid eshop898 on ebay.

Quick summary
I had a non delivery so after two weeks, asked for my money back. Guy leave me a neg feedback, and gets shirty so I started a paypal dispute which today I've won and had all my money refunded.

He's now started an Ebay nonpayment dispute against me - LOL

Really I don't want anyone else to go throught the same.

Byker28i keep all emails between you and him, when the unpaid item strike is given against you (it's automatic unless he withdraws it) you'll need them the prove your side. Not just the text from mails, the original mail with all header info is what they are looking for.

My fight with etefore just got to that phase, the strike was put on my account yesterday and I'm appealing against it now.
 
Yup - just got the strike so I've emailed the seller telling him he's got two hours to remove it.
 
Looking at their feedback I would say it hardly needs mentioning. Pole & barge springs to mind.
