I recently bought a Norita 66 body and when I checked through the viewfinder, the top left corner was damaged. I detached the prism and found that a small piece of glass has chipped.
The obvious anwser I got from him was that he checked the camera before he posted it. I asked him kindly to give me partial refund due to the damage - he refuses and offers a full refund but I decline as I want to keep the camera. I then asked him if he would rather send me some 120 film but said no. Am I heading nowhere with this or will I be able to get something from someone due to the damage/ item not as described? He has tried to scare me by saying I have threatened him by saying I will leave him a negative feedback if he doesn't partially refund or send me some film to compensate me. And that he has spoken/recorded to ebay services about our conversation. I don't think I have done anything wrong?
