my eBay order acknowledgements are weird

using Windows 10 Pro. Brave browser. Thunderbird email

this is what I get -

Naruko Slow Release Japanese etc etc

anyone had this ...........?

I've been trying to send a message to a seller and it's not sending so I guess they are having problems.

Are you using the Google ebay app?
It's fine on the laptop but not on the app.

I've had that a couple of times too.
Usually it spells out ( vertically) the sellers FB or web page.
Maybe ebay is getting wise to it, and somehow "scrambling" it?

W7 & Opera via Thunderbird.
But no problems when I've ordered or sent message to seller
