100% agree. But if the listing doesn't get pulled the scammer still has to pay the fees. Got to be a good thing.

looking at his feedback, he has sold a few cameras which were either damaged or spairs/repairs. and all positive feedback. If someone is handy with a electrical items these could be real bargains. I dont think he is scamming anyone. just tapping into a fairly untouched market

The D90 sounded fairly broken tbh, but as others have said he described every fault in detail, so there's nowt to be said except caveat emptor.
