When opening Mrs Lords CC my first reaction was "it's ginger bread" and it just so happened I had some ginger bread flavouring in the mixing box. So I just added a dash of that to the final 200mils of my VC batch. Just wish I had taken note of the exact amount so that I could replicate it.

:) I might give that whirl then Colin, I have in the past used a small amount of Coffee concentrate in my VC mix`s, just gives it another dimension to it and works quite well.

I have managed in the last couple of weeks to get some of Triphammers latest juices, layer cake is just like vaping angel cake, fruit pastels is fruit pastels, crunchie and cream egg, they are all really good vales.
This weekend I have been trying cotton yarn instead of cotton wool, and so far I am very impressed, the flavour is a lot crisper and cleaner, vape production seems increased.
 
Okay. Just bought a used chi you clone and need some advise on batts/charger for it.
There seems be be disagreements on what's best everywhere I read. protected/ non protected and ones with safer chemicals.... Idealt I would like the safest possible battery's and set up.. is it worth adding a kick as well, I read they don't fit the chi as well as the nemesis.

Also is anyone on the planet capes forum? If so would they be happy to act as a middle man on the sales part as I can't access them yet and there's a few things I may be interested in. Is the fogger any good. I can't hold out on getting a lay fun from ft.

Nice one Peter, did you meaan Planet of the Vapes? If so yeh I`m on it, what was it you wanted? Get yorself some Purple Efest from Myepack 2100 30amp HERE also a Nitecore intelicharger will do you fine HERE
 
Cheer rich. Does it matter if there button or flat top? Are there any of the smaller one that are good.. I would like to keep it as small as possible. Was looking for a atomizer. And mabey a gen clone. Pied u as I forgot about u r offer
 
I'll just chime in to say :agree: i'm using the nitecore charger and the efest purples.

The fogger is good when you get it set up the way you like, myself and Rich both bought the V2 when they came out. I believe there is now a V3 as well. Personally I've stopped using mine and also stopped using my Kayfun. I only use dripping atties now, prefer the ease of replacing wick and coils.

If you do want to try a fogger I could stick mine on the classifieds here.

There seems to be something odd happening here @pmac

I could have swore you asked about cotton and mesh @ but it`s gone. so I will say this. You can use cotton or mesh but if will be a bit of messing about with mesh. In all honesty Peter if what you want you want is that complete lot which is advertised from driver2883 on the planet I would go with that, give me a shout if you want me to make him an offer.
 
I think it came as a pm rich. I think i get a kayfun clone when I can find one secondhand or may just buy new, I still need to buy baths for the mod.
My I taste batt seems to be dieing though :( doesn't last a day at work anymore. So not sure whether to buy another or bigger vs that uses the same baths. Want something quite small though.
 
Didnt see this posted here but found it on POTV 10ml liquids at £1.50 each and £1 postage(6 for £9) promotional so dont know how long it will last. not a great selection and a few complaints that there lacking in flavour but in the most part seems positive. Worth the buy for the non DIY'er i would say. Just ordered 12 bottle for £18 delivered. Even if the flavours not great will just add menthol.

I was going to just buy 6 but thought, i might as well double it while there cheap. My spending has been a bit high this weeko_O
bought them, 30ml of my normal fruit salad, my chi you clone,still have to buy batts/charger and a atty. Have been considering the cool fire1 as another toy, as recently ive been at 8w on my itaste since recoiling myself..
I might get another lot of these liquids before the sale end if they seem okay as well:whistle: i already should have enough for a month or two.
 
It always gives me pain when I place a mixing supply order for £70. Even spending £6 at fasttech makes me think about whether I really need another dripping atomizer. So every time before I place an order I have a look at my sig. banner on UKVapers which shows the money saved.

It's amazing how I managed to condition my brain to ignore the cost of smoking. A 25gram pouch of Golden Virginia at £8.xx every 2 days + plus papers and filters. More than happy to be going through the juice at the rate I am (fast)

Yup it soon adds up Colin, and there is the health benefits to it which you cannot really put a price on, well other than your life I suppose.:D
 
Just in case anyone missed it, the TPD was passed by the EP today. Still needs to be ratified by the Council and implemented (within 2 years) by member states, but it's coming folks.

Clive Bates blog has the details but the highlights are:

20mg/ml limit on juice.
No bottles bigger than 10ml
No tanks/cartos/RBAs over 2ml
No advertising
Lots of labelling
Lots of opportunities to ban any device on grounds of fill/leak risk, for eg.

Back online on the phone and glad to see this thread still going :)

I've moved away from the provari and have a caravela clone and Pisces t clone both with kayfuns on them for the office as nice and subtle and an itaste with 18650 for home use, again with a kayfun.

Vaping trips, Jaffa cake, Danish swirl and nanas desert and they are all stunning :)

That's a freaky coincidence lol i was about to ask something about myepack... what problem with CS are you having?

My question is the iclear16 coils, i seem to be getting alot that burn within hours of putting them in, also should half of them be unravelling from new straight out of the packet?

I know the burn could be my settings but most liquids ( i don't seem to like many)... are kept at around 7 .0 which i thought would be ok
 
My husband is having an issue with his SVD that seems to be common - the button barely works. I've sent three emails and all three have gone unanswered. My friend had the same (lack of) response and had to hound them on facebook...

I was quite surprised to read this guy`s as Ash is always getting positive comments about his customer service and going out the way to fulfill orders on time. What problems have you had Toni? And T who was the SVD from? Mine started playing up so I gave it away in a draw on POTV,using mechs now all the time other than my XPV, no electrcs no problems ;)
 
It's me with the SVD :P It was bought from myepack.. no reply whatsoever and really didn't want to have to hound the guy on facebook :(

The button to vape just rarely works... it's like the inside is slipping about so you need to press the button really hard in all different places and angles to find it..

How long have you had it Toni and how long have you waited for a reply from him?
 
I've had it since September 19th and I'm not sure when the first email was sent (done through the website) but it was about a fortnight ago.

Well Toni there might well be a legit reason, as in it just might have got overlooked or deleted by accident. Send him another explaining and see if he comes back to you.

I have an Evod kit from My-epack and it's been great! I fancy trying a different clearomiser on the Evod batteries eg the Aerotank,can these be used with the Evod batteries? Emailed My-pack to ask their advice but no answer!

Hi Steve, yeh the aerotank will work fine on an evod, if you hang fire for a day i will get the name of this tank which is supposed to be really good, a very experienced vaper I know bought one thinking the worst and said she wished she had bought one a long time back.

So I went with the Aerotank (mainly because I don't feel confident making coils !) first impressions are good , but it looks wierd on my Evod battery ! What would be a good battery for the Aerotank? Same diameter would be good!

Well Steve if you want something that looks more flush with an aerotank you are then looking into the realms of a mech mod, no electrics just pure unregulated power from the battery.

Thats the million dollar question M8. Well as a starter you could look at something like the Chi you clone from MyEpack. You will also want at least two 18650 batteries. Sony or Efest ones will do the job so long as they are 30amp or 35amp ones. And lastly you will need a relaible charger such as the Nitecore You could hunt around for cheaper but be careful if you see any batteries too cheap, they might look like the originals but chances are they could be knoick offs. MyEpack is pretty good on prices. yes this all comes at a bit of a price but I am not too sure how much you want to get into this as it can become a obsession ;) Come on over to the Planet if you wish, join up and have a mooch about the place. it will give you some idea of whats what and it`s more than friendly, somebody will always answer any questions. you will need to have an understanding of using a mech mod and rebuilding coils etc but it`s not that daunting. I use my variable voltage mod in the day for a casual vape and at home I use the mechs with a dripping atomiser. Any questions M8 don`t hesitate to ask.

I know where your coming from when you say it can turn into an obsession- I will definately check out those links and see what's what. All the vaping gear I've bought has come from Myepack and can't fault them really,quick delivery and very keen prices- I get a 20ml of a Crystal Menthol for £5.99 which is great value so thanks for the tip! Went to Cork a couple of weeks ago and paid the same for 10ml of menthol and it's no-where near as good as the Myepack juice.
Will report back soon.

Been a bit quiet in here lately. Has anyone gone back to the stinkies? Or has anyone now quit vaping too?

I'm at 302 days now! Would love to say I've saved a fortune, but instead of that I'll say "wow haven't I got a lot of shiny things"

I've gradually decreased the nic. content and I'm happy at 6mg now with the odd shot of 12mg to use up my last batch of home brew.

And since it's a photography forum and I got a new shiny this morning....

Lol! Nice one M8 looks sweet what build have you got in it? Still going strong here at the moment, must admit I have not looked at my analogue reminder to see how much I have saved or what I have not smoked. Nothing showing in my bank account anyhow :D Waiting on a 28mm RDA for my Hades and just bought a couple of the Sony 50amps for it.Other than that I am pretty much happy with the 2 x Chi`s, 1 x Nem and the XPV.
