AFAIAA If he only makes a reasonable charge for media and copying etc.. it is legal.
He is not allowed to sell the software, that has to be free.

I very much doubt it... I'd report him to Google as my first point of call

Google own the copyright, therefore they should police it... I have little faith in eBay as a whole tbh, hence my report to google

Before you buy a rope and pick out a suitable tree .... What happens if he is doing absoloutly nothing wrong. I am guessing he would have been shut down ages ago if he was.. will emails be sent to him apologising.

By the wording of his auction he's selling the software, not the media is sent on, as I understand it he's allowed to charge for the media but not the software. At a guess he just needs to change the wording of the auction, it's not as if he's making big bucks off it.

EDIT: Looks like he has mulitple accounts and is selling someones photos and they have found out, he has also threatened another ebay user, they just posted the threat and forwarded it, the other names are jamie_guy and junkyard30
