Hi all

My super-dooper DVD disc chaps seem to have gone tits-up, packed up or just gone, so...

Has anyone a good (cheap & reliable) supplier they can share? I especially want white ones that can be printed on

I usually buy by the 100 for about £10 (is that so cheap and why they've disappeared I wonder?)

Also, while we're at it...

Those that use DVDs for clients, do you use printable DVDs like me - or do you print onto labels that then sticks to the DVD? This sounds easier to me but I've heard stories of it jamming DVD drives - anyone know better???

Cheers

Have you thought about lightscribe for your disc's you supply to customers.

I know its not colour but you will not have any issues with jamming or waiting to ink to dry.

My dvd writer takes about 30 minutes to 'print' a lightscribe disk and the results are not great.

Svp are usually the best they also do silver printables that give like a holographic effect when printed on as the white parts obviously shows up as silver.I always use printables as the stick ons dry up after some use and usually start flaking off causing problems btw I have an epson R300 great little printer

Steep..

Must admit I have not used them it was just an idea... but taking that amount of time is a bit OTT.

Dave ignore my idea..

svp - with forum discount from on here as who I use too.

I normally use the Verbatim Titaniam Full Face Printables (white) - they work a treat :)

Hmm just looking for a link to them at SVP and can't find them anymore :(
