dust in view finder

It can be cleaned but unless it really annoys you - why bother?

Dust on the ground glass screen just happens. I don't worry about it. If it does get annoying then I use a soft nylon brush charged with static by blowing with a can of air* - lifts 90% off which is enough for me.

*that is blowing the bristles well away from the camera - don't go near the camera with pressurised air sprays!

it is annoying me I did first think when I cleaned the sensor it would go . how do you get inside though to clean it?? would a coton bud with e2 on do the same as a brush??

Don't go near it with any fluids! You will probably leave a stain.

The glass screen is at the top of the camera. Take the lens off and look upwards towards the eyepiece and you will see it. The screen can be removed but I wouldn't try it. The dust should be on the surface you can get to. If it has got behind the screen then personally I'd let a repair place do the job - but you could DIY if you are a dexterous technician type. You can find instructions on the net.
