I shot a few hundred frames at a party last weekend, and found that a dozen or so are marked by a flare in the centre of the frame where there was a dust spot. The 'flare' is approx 15% of the size of the frame in diameter. I just need to fix it and resize all frames for the Web, so top quality is not necessary. What is the best and /or easiest way to do this? I have PS, Aperture, etc.
