I've some some dust on the sensor of my 450D that I can not shift using a rocket blower.
Although they don't cause an issue with any photos I take, we are going on holiday if a few weeks and I'd be happier with a clean sensor.
I'm not yet confident enough to clean the sensort myself.
I think I read somewhere that Canon will do one sensor clean free of charge if the camera is still under warranty.
If I am correct in thinking this, does anyone know if any of the Canon authorised repair centres do a while you wait sensor clean service?
I don't live too far from Canon who are based in Borehamwood and was wondering if they could do this?
I'd rather not send the camera away given the choice.
If I am barking up the wrong tree and anyone who has experience of cleaning sensors lives in North London, I'd be more than happy to pay you to clean the sensor
