Anyone ever done it?

I have a couple of days (9, 10, 11 March) where im seriously thinking of nipping to Dungeness either for one or 2 nights but was thinking of camping rather than B&B.

Wondered if anyones ever done it here? Ive checked the local campsites and holiday parks but none are open as its too early in the season, or some are only open for their vans and not for camping which seems daft.

I've never done it, but I understand that overnight campers are regularly "moved on" from Dungeness.

(One of my fave places btw :-) )

Might be worth phoning the campsites and speaking to them in person.

I've slept in the back of my car there, back seats down + air bed :)

I had to open this thread because I read it as "Dungarees and Wild Camping"

Last time I was at Dungeness I was beach casting for my glow in the dark supper
