DTM's testing at Brands Hatch

Hate to say it but they're a bit blurry :(

The last one on page 1 is good tho!

Yeah new camera it was the first chance I'd had to use it for fast moving objects. I've added a few more that are alot clearer, just click on the same link and scroll through.

Much better :)

Will hopefully get down there tomorrow or Thursday (weather's looking a better bet on Thursday)

Thursday will be DTM's in the Morning and British Superbikes in the afternoon, or so I have been informed by a track marshall on another forum.
I started off with my new camera on "Panning" setting but for some reason the results were blurred. I reset it to "Sports" and the results were alot better. Bad ones due to being cold and stopping to quick whilst panning. Well thats my excuse anyway and I'm sticking to it.
My new camera (Panasonic DMC-FZ5) is the first I've had which can be set up manually. So any tips on settings I should try would be helpful, as this area is very new to me and I have to admit I know nothing about.:embarasse :innocent: :dizzy: :Ponders:
Don't forget BTCC Media Day next Tuesday 28th.

Well I have to say, yes, they are blury, but I like a LOT the first one with the red/silver audi. Most of the car is blury and moved, but if you look to the front wheel, it looks good for me, and in cars If you got only a part in focus, its ok, gives the sense of speed, would like to see it larger to see If I'm right on that.

If you left click on the photo it will enlarge. Your right the front end of the car seems focused but the rear is blurred.
