DSLR CAMERA ADVICE NEEDED

Wondering if some one on the forum could help me out, basically i have a Nikon 3100 camera which i have been using for the past 4-5 years and I am due a upgrade but what is the best camera out there in the market now to use for beginners, I only use it to take pictures of cars at my car showroom some detailed pics to get taken of classic cars thanks for your help
 
Do you need to upgrade? Doesn't sound like.
 
Yes upgrade to a new camera as the 3100 has got a few faults with it now
 
You don't say what price range you have in mind. What specific areas in respect of the camera are you looking to upgrade. More pixels might add a little, other than that the majority of entry level to advanced cameras can be as easy or as difficult to use as one chooses.
The camera you have is a capable camera, so functionality upgrades are the area you might want to think about and decide upon which areas of what the camera does you'd like to focus on.

Don't take this the wrong way, but those photos aren't really getting the best out of the camera you already have, they don't seem to be in focus for one thing? Maybe its just the web site compression but they could have been taken with a phone cam (no offence!).
 
If you want a dslr and still use your lens/lenses from the d3100 then d3300/3400 d5500/5600 would be good. OR a decent point and shoot would probably suffice for website images.
