Wanted to post this on here.

Yesterday I received my order from DSCL and as usual, the print quality cannot be faulted, There was however a print that wasn’t included, I e-mailed them this morning identifying the missing print and they were more than helpful, sending out the replacement print immediately.

Although I have only been able to rate their prints in the past, I feel I can now also give them an A* for customer service...

Just wanted to mention it!

I got metal a3 prints of them and they were over half price cheaper then most people and the quality was good

I used DSCL for the first time a few weeks ago and emailed them asking for advice about print sizes and fitting to their ratios. He was more than helpful and emailed two or three times with photoshop advice, he also suggested I call him with photoshop open where he talked me through the crop presets, which before then I never knew existed!

Superb customer service!!!

I'm glad you got good customer service, my last dealings with them were sub par and to be frank, quite abrupt, rude and snotty. I'd rather converse with sales staff in currys then have to deal with DSCL again.

I won't be in a rush to use them again

I sent a largish order in yesterday at 13.30 and it was delivered this morning

I use them all the time. I must admit though I did have a query about poster printing and some guy I spoke to wasn't very helpful. I rang back the next day and spoke to Andrew I think his name was and he was more than helpful and said he would address the rubbish service I had had the day before.
