A HUGE CONGRADULATIONS TO DSCL.:clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap:


Place order 4pm yesterday for 5 18x12 prints. arrived here in Northern Ireland at 9am this morning.............



my nearest prolab takes 5 days for that size and they dont deliver:clap::clap::clap::clap::clap:
 
I love them.....

The service that is, not the blokes, they are northeners :) lol
 
I have only used them twice but I have been really please

First time, the prints were slightly damaged, by the next days post I had new ones - excellent service.

Second time, I needed some in a hurry, and again they were here the next day.

I have just done a college course, and their prints are far and away the best quality of any of the ones brought in.
 
I placed an order 11am one day, email confirmation by 4pm they were printed and posted, 10am next day the postman knocked my door with them.

Fantastic service and quality!
 
And when you do get issues with quality they are always quick to act. I am very pleased with them, another happy customer.

I received a couple of prints through yesterday for a client and they had been bent in the post. When I got the prints out they also had been bent badly and weren't usable. I immediately phoned DSCL and asked what could be done, understanding it wasn't their fault they were damaged and was told what to do.

Email DSCL, attaching the files, explain situation and I got a reply this morning telling me that was fine, apologising and sending out my prints free of charge today.

Big thumbs up DSCL :thumbs: :clap:
 
Couldn't agree more.

I now consolidate my client orders and pay for the courier option, so if there is a problem they can resolve quickly, Royal Mail have lost a couple of orders previously. An added bonus with the service you now get an email in the morning giving an hour time slot for delivery.

I will consider that in the future, thanks :thumbs: It did look like some swine had bent it across their knee at the sight of the 'Photos. Do not bend!' but was more likely an accident :lol:

Never had any problems since switching to the next day courier service;)
 
They are quite outstanding for price/service/quality. Just out of curiosity, has anyone tried B&W prints from them just using the standard colour service? *Not even sure if they offer a separate B&W option or not...*

I don't think they do offer a pure B&W service only. Always order a mix of colour and b&w, clients love them and generally come back for more reprints once family have seen them. Hope that helps.

I used the standard service for some B&W prints which I received back yesterday. Comparing them to the files I sent they are very good. Came back the next day good prices too.

Thanks guys, if you're happy with the B&W from them they must be OK, so will order a couple next time around.... :thumbs:
 
Just got 6 x A4 prints back from DSCL, ordered late on Wednesday so a very good turnaround + the images are better than I thought, as I've only seen them on my laptop screen ... well pleased!
