DSCL - Consistently Great Service

It's not often I feel the need to share a positive experience and I know some will say that it’s no more than should be expected but……………

I often use DSCL for my prints and recently ordered a box frame print as well. The print quality, frame quality and turnaround times are consistently great.

Most recently I did a few shots for work and needed to arrange for 40 x prints. I suggested that we have them done on DSCL’s Citiblocks. I sent an email to DSCL asking if I could have a sample – they responded within 30 minutes and offered to send a free sample from some used at Focus or to print one of my pictures and refund that one if we went ahead.

I sent an image over at around 2pm yesterday…… The citiblock arrived today

In my experience it is not often I use a company that repeatedly exceeds my expectations, so a big to DSCL

Always had excellent service too. Last order had a slight red smudge on one huge panorama, a quick call and the following day a replacement arrived. Can't fault them.

I just wanted to add to this. I've had my first order delivered to me today . I ordered a dozen prints on Sunday night , a very quick turn around arriving this morning . I'm very please with the quality and without a doubt will be using them again .

I too ordered about 15 prints on saturday evening that were delivered today. They were 15x10 images (16x12 including a small border to allow for mounting) and the quality is fantastic. Exactly how they look on my (calibrated) screen. One thing I did notice as when I used the dscl colour profile the prints seemed to come out a little darker so my last bunch was saved as srgb and they are spot on.
