Drop Box Problem - help please!!

Hi - I hope someone can help me - I have loaded up some big files to DropBox without any problems and then yesterday the problem started... it would claim to have loaded it and then an empty icon appears and, when clicking on it, there is nothing to preview... I have 4 more shots to upload so that I can get them printed by someone at my camera club... help please!!
 
Are you certain they have been uploaded or are still uploading?

I had a similar experience recently where I thought the file had uploaded but actually was uploading still hence not showing in my drop box :rolleyes:
 
Hi - thanks for replying. I had another go with one this morning.... same result; say it is done and then only an empty icon shows up and no preview available... argh!
 
Are you looking in the desktop folder or the on-line one?
 
Ah.. Will check this out... Not sure which folder I am looking at! Thank you
 
Hooray - I was, indeed, using the website and not the folder... thanks.
