Yes
I have a Tamron 18-200mm but it is causing me a few problems......

I love the seaside and at every opportunity the camera is out BUT it is giving me a droopy slope the right on my horizon.

Now Then....I am not flush with cash so do I..

Use photoshop to fix the problem - if so which is the best way ???

Or

Do I save up (may be a long time) for a new one (last resort)

sounds like you need to rotate the image in PS or whatever you use for post

also sounds like the cam wasn't straight, wanna post an example ?

I think you mean barrel distortion, straght lines curving outwards at the edges, like the horizon.

Most wide angles suffer from this, even expensive ones, and the way to fix it is in post processing. There's a cheap programme called PTLens that will do this perhaps easier than Photoshop, but I've never used it. I'll try and find a link.
