driving me round the bend! camera raw saving as jpeg error

I have been having issues with camera raw, yesterday I tried taking a star trail. I shot raw, but when I edit in acr and save as jpeg it keeps doing this

Please help I have tried many times and with other pics from the series, but it still does it.

When I try to open the jpegs in cs6 the following error occurs: "The embedded ICC profile cannot be used because the ICC profile is invalid. Ignoring the profile."

Sorted, if anyone has issues like this, it is because in camera raw you have checked the box that says convert to greyscale, dont check that box if you are going to save from camera raw.
