I have webspace from Dream Host and using Zen Photo, does anybody use Zen ? I have four templates to choose from at the minute and wondered how much they can be changed ?


Utter novice who does not understand most of the lingo :shake:
 
i have zen on my gallery, www.newimagery.co.uk and its pretty good to alter but you need to be techy minded to take the code, change it, and make it your own.

the newest version is very good, it takes the most popular template and moves it forward a little more.
 
i didnt really know much about it, download stylemaster for css editing and Nvu for html, then pester someone who knows all about it!
 
Nobody here got a word to say about it ? does nobody have any comment ?

oh well I will ....

I don't like the chunky text, nor the fact it does not fill the page, when trying to arrange albums on the page I cannot get it looking right, maybe I should keep one photo as the cover ? I would like to have next option top and bottom or central, not sure about the tags being right or needed. I would like the copyright sign on my photos ............. I would prefer to have a page for about me rather than use a gallery and could also use the page for other info BUT since I don't know how to do any of that I guess it will all have to wait till I ask around and see how/who can do them.
Sure there is more but hey ho will get there in end !
 
Well it does'nt look too bad to me. Your right about a couple of things, but I'm sure with a bit of help you can soon sort that out.

Some very nice photographs by the way :)
 
it looks ok, the layout is a little mixed up infirefox, but thats a CSS issue, have you looked at Style Master?
 
Nice colour theme!

The layout would look good (or at least I think it would..) if you had larger images, then the text below them, kept within the margins of the picture....if that makes any sense? :nuts:

thanks not had much time to do anything poorly dog to look after just now.


matty, not looked yet, mostly vets visits and sleepless nights recently.
The more I look the less I like the layout but do like the colours, yip is is ok but thats about all !

aye I like the colours just not much more at the moment, have to look at how to get bigger photos, use more of the space and less of what I don't want. It made sense :D
