Download and manage flickr photos in lighroom?

Hi, as the title says, how do i basicaly sync my whole entire collection via lightroom?

As of now, i am able to just login to flickr on lightroom, create a new set and drag and drop photos in that set and publish them.

How do i download the previous sets and photos so i can possible edit them? or even just rename them and add captions on them via lightroom?

Because i have lots of computers at home, this is a feature i need so that if im at home using lightroom i can upload/download/edit previous pics and if im away on holiday with just my laptop and lightroom installed on it, i would like to do the same on my laptop too.

It's hard to keep Lightroom catalogs synced over multiple computers, as it is a database program and not at all designed for that.

For the Flickr Publish plug in I've found Jeffrey's Flickr Plug in to be better than the official Adobe one, especially when it comes to linking to existing images on Flickr.
