Anyone in Dover this afternoon or evening to watch the planes & fireworks?

Im popping down later & able to meet any others.

Bit of a non starter for me to be honest - i was advised that the Red Arrows
& co would be performing at 18.45hrs so i had my batteries charged etc
& was ready to go at 18.30hrs when whoosh, they flew over the seafront
area (could be seen from my house). I jumped in the car with the kids &
headed off to Military Hill where i knew i would get a good view only to find
a million cars going the opposite direction to me

I got the impression that i had missed it

Kids got bored after waiting 45mins so we went home.

Family are now at a bbq down the road & im at home looking through my
Lydden Hill efforts with an ice cold glass of Strongbow
