no 1 I just use the patch tool marking out the dark parts and copying from the creak, keep doing it bit by bit till all looking good.
No 2 I then put it through a program called Portrait Professional 9. this has worked on both faces.

Basically, I've just re-arranged the pixels with a smear type paint brush.
Just a word of warning - if people havem't asked for this retouching work they can get a bit arsey about it however well it's intentioned.
true what you say BUT if its done in the way I have done it I think they not know and it just look like you are good at not getting shadows. Where as you have altered the shape on the neck this is when someone might thing I don't look like that....
It's when they haven't asked for it ....

You could just use the liquid tool in photoshop to reduce it, with a little practise you would never know there was a double chin.
