Has anyone had experience of the budget priced Dorr 60mm "Super Macro" lens?
I was looking for a macro lens for my Sony A6000 and came across this.
It seems similar in design to the favourably reviewed Laowa macro lens and focusses down to a 2:1 reproduction ratio.
I ordered one, but when it showed up I was really disappointed.
It seemed to be well made (in China), but the bayonet fitting had a lot of play when mounted on my A6000 body, and the lens could move around quite a bit when mounted.
Also the focus ring was so stiff I could barely turn it.
I persevered in the hope that it would become easier with use, but it remained very tight.
At the moment I'm waiting to have it picked up to return to the retailer.
