Just had a gang of kids sat under our stairwell smoking dope for about 1 hr and the stench has filtered into our flat ....AND ITS STRONG can we be passively smoking this stuff as my head is feeling a bit thick like a numb headache coming on but no pain..........and yes I have phoned the police to have them removed about an hr ago but still waiting:shrug:
 
yes you can passively inhale any kind of smoke, open windows away from the stairwell is all i can suggest really :D
 
windows are open all the time on draught and thankfully it is not as strong as it was a half hr ago
 
Well you know why you got no pain dont you :lol::lol:
I would sooner inhale that as opposed to the perfume old women wear when you are sat on a bus :D

erm yes it can effect you, when i was still a cadet one of the ships i was on regularly called into Amsterdam and after a few pints in one of the local "cafes" you certainly felt effect of more than the pint :eek:
 
Thanks you lot for the positive comments...........NOT:lol: Anyway the smell is going and the police still havent shown:shrug:....maybe I should have said they were smoking in a no smoking zone, they would have been here in seconds to collect the 4X£50 fines :lol:
 
Haha, well if you feel happy and giggly and music sounds slightly more intense and you have an irresistible urge to just eat (preferably something crunchy or hot) then yes, you're feeling the effects :)

The only time I got paranoid was last Christmas when I thought the Turkey would not be big enough to feed the family, so off to Tesco`s and bought two more. needless to say she wern`t happy when I got home :lol:
 
This is a shock, I have just taken BT to work and at the foot of the stairwell is a spoon and tin foil.........dont look like dope to me now, looks like we need to stop this before it escalates

Yeah there's a big difference between smoking a spliff and then heroin...
I'd call again and tell the coppers that it's going on, or even make a visit to the local station.

If they're anything like our locals they'll be late but it will get sorted.

Ooops, serious stuff, call the local nick and ask to speak to the drug squad.......:thumbs:
 
I am going to see if theres a repeat tonight and then make the call, I dont mind a few kids having a laugh but this is a bit more than that now

I would report it anyway, the kids are getting this crap off somebody,it is our duty to help the cops catch the suppliers.
 
we reported it last night so plod should be along soon and see for themselves the mess thats been left behind
 
All your pics will look sharper than ever for a while & if they dont, who cares :lol:

I still would, preferably with caustic soda in boiling hot water.
I caught one in our stairs a few years ago. Kicked his filth out of his hand, picked him up by his face and threw him right out the door. It is amazing how light they suddenly become when you have a handful of facial tissue. :naughty:
 
You could try washing the stairwell with a strong solution of Jeyes fluid. They may not like sitting there in the smell.

Could be any of a number of things to be honest heroin or crack are probably most likely - either are bad news. Hope you manage to get it sorted, I certainly wouldn't want that going near my place :(

They would probably sit there inhaling the fumes!

It's a sign of heroin preparation. Crack is usually smoked in miniature liqueur bottles with a bit of wire wool to act as a filter, or a hole-punched folded drinks can as a substitute.

Definitely something for your local police to be informed of, and something I hope they take action against. Results will take time, but an increased patrol presence and a few stops & searches should work wonders, so long as people keep on phoning it in whenever there are drug users present.
 
Fortunately it looks like our stairwell was a one off, also Eileen read an article in one of the sunday tabloids that this stuff is only £7.50 a wrap.....I always thought this was expensive stuff
 
DM I'd call them anyway buddy, last thing you want is word to get round that it's safe to do smack near your gaffe. Drugs mean crime, and that's not something you want to attract. If it were me, I'd make the call.
 
I think I'd call again too. I know it's a matter of priorities for the police, and they can't always respond as quickly as we'd want them to. But I think Chris is right on this one. Scare them off right at the start.

Yeah - probably would be an improvement on how they usually smell.
