I keep getting ads on my social media feeds for a company called Domestika. One course on photography using scale models has caught my eye in particular. They offer the course for £49.90 OR for next to nothing if you sign up for a 30 day trial period. If you don't cancel the trial before 30 days are up they take £269 for the year's subscription. It sounds like a bargain as long as I don't forget to cancel in time, no problem as I set up multiple reminders on my phone and in Outlook for such deadlines. However on googling the company there are a lot of very unhappy customers, though many seem to have simply forgotten to cancel on time. Has anyone used them and are they trustworthy?

Perhaps shades of 'if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is .......'

Well there seems to be a lot of happy customers but also a lot who feel conned. I'm wondering if the unhappy ones just didn't read the small print and didn't cancel the trial period in time. The course I'm after is from a very respected photographer.

Is it possible to contact that photographer directly to verify details?
