Doe's the web pages remain on your ISP site and domain name is with netweaver and forwards to your ISP site? sorry if that sounds a stupid question.

Yes, the web pages, the gallery, and anything else is hosted with the ISP.

The domain name is just an understandable tag or label that can be owned and licensed to you.

Its then attached to real internet address which are all numbers, these addresses can be used to point your domain name at the ISP ...A method called 'domain name pointing'

If you need to move hosting companies in the future, you simply re-point your domain at the new ISP address numbers, and your away again.
