Does this filter look good?

Have you looked on Amazon for one  - just a thought instead of buying from the bay...

I use Heliopan they have an excellent reputation in the film industry and are high quality the reason it seems cheap is it's a 52mm one the price rises with size.
Teamwork are very good and use e-bay to advertise and sell you can purchase direct from them if you like,www.teamworkphoto.com. No complaints from me.

I use these and brought them from Teamwork, they have a shop in London. Find them much better than the B&W 10 stopper which I also have, less color casting.

Have managed to get hold of the Lee 10 stopper so it will be interesting to see how they compare.

Thank for your responces guys. petehb cheers for the website got some nice stuff on there. i have decided to go for it now and bought from the teamwork site was was alittle cheaper than ebay.

Cheers

This reminded of of a question I asked myself a while ago but never looked for the answer :)

When you use a screw-in 10 stop nd filter, how do you focus? I presume you set the composition and focus before screwing in the filter, but surely the act of screwing in the filter is likely to alter your focusing?

You are correct, compose first and make a note of the shutter speed then put the filter on and adjust exposure time, make sure you switch to manual focus. The focus should be fine when you put the filter on.
