does the EF-S 55-250 IS lens have Focus numbers?

Im sure it does, but I cant see them on any of the pictures ive seen.

Are they inside the glass screen like on other canon lenses?

I mean so you can see what ft/m the focus will be at, like the numbers around the edge for the mm but for focus.
