Does Nik Suite Work With Elements 11

Hi guys im looking at Nik suite and especially silver effex pro. Can anyone tell me if the Nik suite is compatible with elements 11 please and will it be simple for me to learn.

Can't tell you if it's compatible with elements, I use it with aperture, but it's incredibly simple and has improved my output no end - definitely worth the investment at the price it is now.
