my best mate got one yesterday and its awesome, its a really cool smartphone the picture quality is good and its got awesome features

The pic quality is impressive but it's not going to put your jaw on the floor. For a phone it's decent but it is as noisy and unsharp as you'd expect from far too many pixels on such a tiny sensor.

Where the camera more than makes up for this though is with some well thought and useful features. The macro is better than I was expecting, the AF is quick and accurate, the "best pic" thingy is great at getting low light shots and the thing that shoots a series of nine shots in about a second means you can get good kiddie/animal/fast moving subjects.

It prints directly to pictbridge printers, which is what I do lots with mine and the shots are great at 6*4 size.

Oh..... and it's a great phone too. Then there's turn by turn satnav, fast web and mail, plays tunes and movies if that's your bag and even has a radio.

I like mine. :D

My wife and son both have one and they rave about it as a phone. I must admit that it feels nice and solid. Well built if you like. From the pictures I've seen that they have taken, it doesnt look too bad either.

Kev.

I've got it's younger brother, the C902 as a contract phone.. It's a great all rounder for a phone and I'm very impressed by the picture quality via it's camera, which you can see for yourself via this link. http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y193/idj20/tomatoeswithmobile2.jpg
But, the mobile's software suffered VERY frequent freeze ups, often did that two or three times while I'm texting before finally shutting down and rebooting itself. VERY annoying and totally detracts from using the phone.
BUT, I have solved it by hooking the phone up to the PC and got it to download a whole new firmware. It involved completely reformatting the phone and installing a whole new replacement software, it took about 20 mins in all and the phone now runs smoother and flawlessly.
You better hope that the C905 doesn't suffer from the same kind of bug.
