I am looking for an empty paper roll so basically the cardboard tube, does anyone in the North West happen to have one going spare?

How big do you need one. A carpet shop would have an empty one. May be a bit big though!

You could use the inside cardboard tube, from tin foil, they come in different sizes

Multiple bog roll ones taped together?! Poster shop might be a good place to go and try to blag one. You can always cut it down.

i need one to hold the width of a sheet of photography paper, basically i'm cutting a piece of photography paper and want to make a design but need a tube to get the paper back up

For en empty roll?! Nothing! I'd usually just throw it away!

my mum has a clothes shop and the loose cloth comes on a long cardboard roll if thats any use? its probably about 1.5 m long

I have HP Designjet 1050c colour A0 wide printers which have 56 meter rolls.

The cardboard 'tubes' are about 3 inches in dia and obviously A0 in length.

Postage is a bit silly but I've family in Warrington (Stockton Heath) and I'm home quite often so if it's any use I can chuck some in the boot next time I'm down which will be a couple of weeks from now.
