Does anyone have a DIY light box?

This is part of my mission to 'do types of photography that I've never done before'. I was thinking of building a very cheap, home made light box to do some small scale, still life and product photography. Just as a learning exercise really as I never get to play with flashes or lights. There's lots of pictures of them online and lots of 'how to' guides and I'm fairly confident about putting one together.

I just thought it was worth asking to see if anyone has anything similar? Maybe I could borrow some ideas before I get started?

I'm also interested in seeing any other DIY, free, or cheap as chips lighting set ups that anyone might have. I have an empty loft at the minute so I'm looking for inspiration.

Just to save confusion, you mean light tent?

There's a thread in one of the other sections from the weekend, can't link cos I'm using the new app.

To make you feel better, that post started with light box too.

* for clarity a light box is something we use to put transparencies on to view them. again, can't easily link I'm using the app, but wiki will help.
 
Ahhh, I suppose I did mean a light tent. I thought the phrases were interchangeable to be honest with a tent being specifically fabric.

I just meant something like this;

I want to start putting something together next week and was just wondering if anyone had any tips.

Basically, I just love checking out other peoples toys and ideas!
