As in, you upload a photo to it and it then searches all images it can find on the web for matches do that you can see if anyone had used your images without permission?
Tineye is excellent but still has a lot of work to do.
Google images is also worth a look, I've found a few recently which hadn't been paid for, soon sorted that out
The concept of Tineye is excellent, but it will be quite a while before it becomes really effective. Then there is Digimarc https://www.digimarc.com/DigimarcforImages/pro.asp . This caught a friend of mine out. He used a shot on his site belonging to a library and he ended up paying out about a grand to stop it from going to court.
