Dodgy disk on Elements 7

Just bought from Amazon a tutorial DVD entitled 'ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 7 FOR WINDOWS - ESSENTIAL TRAINING with JAN KABILI. Lynda.com seems to be the publisher. I have tried this on 3 modern computers all Vista and the computers all freeze and have to be restarted to get out of it. The disk will just not open. Anyone else had any problems with this?

It sounds like a dud disk to me, contact the seller and get a replacement or refund.
Can you explore the disk if you disable autorun?

Thanks - I was only to access PROPERTIES after a very long wait and it showed the disk full with 0 bytes free. Will send back:bang:

Amazon replaced amazingly quickly.New disk working but pixcellated and poor image quality. Yankee disk!!:bang:
